I am a student in college and like most of you, have struggled with my weight my entire life. But now that I am getting older, I am finding the importance of eating right and maintaining a healthy weight. I really do relate to many people. I have always been obsessed with food and really have a passion for cooking. I love learning what different foods do for your body and how they effect your system. But most of all, I love helping people. I will post recipes that I have either tried and loved or find that look amazing. We can all do this together.
